Please find a list of depositary institutions exercising depositary activity on the territory of ‘anti-terrorist operation’ (hereinafter — the Separate territory), which have not taken actions regarding temporary change of their location to other territory of Ukraine (outside the Separate territory, the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol).

To meet requirements of NSSMC’s Resolution No. 1511 ‘On preventing investors’ rights violation and reducing risks of professional participants’ dated November 11, 2014, CSD suspends exercising record-keeping operations on the accounts of the abovementioned depositary institutions as well as settlement of securities transactions.

Please also find a list of depositary institutions registered on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol, which have not taken actions regarding change of their location via re-registration on other territory of Ukraine (outside the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol) to meet requirements of NSSMC’s Resolution No. 1512 ‘On peculiarities of exercising depositary activity in view of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the City of Sevastopol’ dated November 11, 2014.
